Sunday Faith Formation

Children in preschool through fifth grade learn about their Catholic faith through a curriculum that focuses on knowing Jesus and discipleship. We encourage families to enroll their children in faith formation at every age. Faith formation is an important supplement to, but not a substitute for, Sunday Mass. The program takes place from September through April each year.

If you would like your child to participate in First Reconciliation/First Eucharist, you must also register your child in our Sacrament Preparation program (see appropriate tab).   Registration in Sunday Faith Formation, or a Catholic school does not automatically register a child for the parish Sacrament Preparation program. Children who are not registered for Sacrament Preparation by the registration deadline are not eligible to participate this year.

Registration for Sunday Faith Formation opens in the spring and closes at the end of summer vacation.  There is no rolling registration or rolling enrollment at St. Michael the Archangel. 

Registration for 2020-2021 opened Friday, March 13 and closes Monday, August 31!
